Dr. Fernando Reggianini, Clinical Director

Dr. Reggianini’s approach with psycho-educational and neuropsychological evaluations is to develop a pattern of strengths and weaknesses to help patients obtain their goals and become successful. He utilizes up-to-date assessments, clinically sound judgment, and comprehensive treatment plans.

Dr. Reggianini received his graduate training with experts in the field of psychological evaluations in New York City: Drs. Dawn Flanagan, Samuel Ortiz, and Vincent Alfonso. He specialized in the identification and treatment of Math Learning Disorder, perhaps the least common of the Specific Learning Disorders. He understands the procedural, visual spatial, and linguistic aspects of mathematics for students. Additionally, he is well-versed in the evaluation of Reading and Writing Learning Disorders.

For the evaluation of ADHD and Executive Functions, Dr. Reggianini uses neuropsychological assessments that measure verbal and visual memory, reaction speed, set shifting, response inhibition, and identifying preferred versus non-preferred tasks.

Dr. Reggianini provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for individuals with Autism, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, and PTSD to unlock their potential while helping them to manage their rumination, debilitating concerns, intrusive thoughts, and rituals. By helping them manage these symptoms, they are able to pursue career and educational goals and their relationships with loved ones improved.

Jena Soonam Kwon, LMSW, Psychotherapist

Jena Soonam Kwon completed her Master of Social Work at Columbia University and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at The Queens College The City University of New York (CUNY). She has experience in working with diverse age groups including children, adolescents, adults, elderly as well as families. Jena was trained at hospitals, day care facilities, and private clinics to provide individual psychotherapy in the areas of anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, Autism, executive functioning, cultural and/or school adjustment issues. She also has experience in offering her profession at a shelter in London, England, collaborating with a clinical psychologist in conducting psychotherapy for families and children who were victims of domestic violence and had escaped from home to the shelter.

Jena integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to work on negative thoughts patterns and how they can influence one’s behavior. She establishes short-term as well as long-term goals with patients and sets tangible plans to reach solutions. She is client centered, mindful of various complicated circumstances of clients and focuses on improving the quality of life and mental health of clients. Having grown up both in the U.S. and South Korea, Jena has ample understanding of cultural and identity issues and is sensible on issues for international students and their families.  She strives to provide a wide spectrum of experience and knowledge with wholehearted passion and hopes to make a positive and productive difference for all her patients. Jena is open minded and has traveled and lived in different parts of the world including England, Spain, Switzerland, Scotland, Italy, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Hawaii, Mexico, Philippines, Guam, Saipan, and Indonesia. She also enjoys playing tennis, skiing, and surfing.

    Leah Crouch

    Dr. Leah Crouch, Psychologist

    Dr. Crouch is a US licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults.  She graduated from the University of Denver, Graduate School of Professional Psychology with a doctorate in clinical psychology (with an emphasis in forensic and trauma psychology) in 2006.  Dr. Crouch has experience working in a variety of treatment settings, such as outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, state, and federal correctional facilities, and the US Department of the Army and the US Department of the Navy.  Also, she worked in academic and training institutions, such as the Tulane University School of Psychiatry.  Prior to moving to South Korea in 2019, I was appointed by the governor of Louisiana to be a member of the Louisiana Board of Examiners of Psychologists.

      Haley Seung Eun Cha

      Haley has earned her Master of Counseling with Clinical Mental Health Counseling specialty at the University of Kentucky and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Sociology at the University of Maryland, College Park. In the United States, Haley’s experience is comprised of serving individuals with a broad spectrum of psychological challenges in a psychiatric rehabilitation facility as a Counselor intern and providing aid for victims of domestic violence as a Victim Services Coordinator. 

      Haley is a Somatic Psychotherapist and a Child-Centered Play Therapist where her practices are grounded in the foundational pillars of the Bottom-up approaches and bodily interventions to guide clients tend to their whole selves – mind, body, and spirit. Haley blends somatic healing practices, Trauma-Informed Restorative Yoga, Sound Healing, Inner Child Work, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Play Therapy for all ages. Once physiological connections are rekindled, Haley assist clients gain insights and adopt proactive methods to effectively shift their emotional states, cognitive patterns, and core beliefs through integrating the following evidence-based Top-down approaches – Schema Therapy, Prolonged-Exposure Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Executive Function Coaching.

      Haley enjoys walking alongside individuals in their healing journey. Her specialty focuses on serving wide presenting concerns of Complex Trauma, Perfectionism, Panic Disorder, Depression, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism-Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), Pet Loss Grief, and Relationship issues.

      Penny Min

      Penny Min holds a Master of Science and a Master of Philosophy in Professional Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University at New Brunswick.

      Penny worked as a school counselor in New Jersey and has experience providing therapy in both English and Korean to children, adolescents, and young adults. Penny has been trained in mental health outpatient clinics, schools, and mental health research lab settings to build rapport with clients and provide necessary services.

      Her therapy approach has always been person-centered and emotionally focused therapy. Every therapy session begins with building rapport by genuinely understanding the client, to construct a healthy counselor-client relationship.
      Penny focuses on developing adolescents and youths into healthy adults by communicating and building relationships. Her areas of expertise include: Anxiety / Depression / Panic Attacks / Childhood Trauma / Couple’s Therapy / Family Therapy.

      Erin Juhyun Lee, MS, MFT

      Erin Juhyun Lee earned her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. During her practice in Southern California, Erin worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, groups, and couples. She received training and supervision to deliver holistic care, engaging with clients in their inner worlds and honoring their lived experiences. Erin believes that each client is the expert of their own story, and she creates a safe, therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, supported, and validated.

      Erin primarily utilizes an integrative framework combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Through these approaches, Erin seeks to assist clients in their journeys towards accessing parts of themselves that have the strength, resources, and resilience to endure and overcome hardships. Erin is committed to incorporating principles of justice and equity in her practice by recognizing and addressing disparities in mental health outcomes and access to care among diverse populations. She believes in providing culturally sensitive care that honors the backgrounds and identities of all her clients.

      Erin specializes in individual therapy, couples counseling, multicultural identity issues, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, boundaries, and stress management. She believes in the transformative power of therapy and looks forward to walking alongside you on your journey.

      Jane (Minkyung) Kim

      김민경 선생님

      Minkyung (Jane) Kim is expected to graduate in 2025 in Applied Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She completed her Master of Philosophy in Education in Professional Counseling at the University of Pennsylvania. She obtained her Master of Science in Education in Counseling and Mental Health Services at the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Rochester. Jane has experience in working with children and adolescents in both school and clinical settings in South Korea and the United States. She has experience in providing individual and group counseling and coaching in English and Korean. Jane has assisted conducting psycho-educational assessments in Korean, under the supervision of licensed psychologists. Jane takes an integrative approach in her work, with a client-centered view, to promote the mental, social, and emotional wellbeing of children and adolescents.

      Jeonghae Jones

      Jeonghae Jones is a Ph.D. candidate in School Psychology in New York. She completed a master’s degree in bilingual school psychology and post-graduate school leadership program. She currently holds a position as a counseling supervisor. She trains and coaches 20 school counselors for 30 NYC private schools to promote academic and social-emotional learning. She has experience working with diverse age groups providing evaluation, counseling, and consultation. She specializes in mindfulness practice, acculturation difficulties, attention disorder, anxiety, and trauma. Jeonghae utilizes an eclectic approach including CBT, ACT, and solution-based approach to meet the needs of individuals. Jeonghae believes that everyone can reach their full potential if they receive appropriate guidance and tools. She is dedicated and committed to enhancing individuals’ social-emotional wellbeing.

        Jeffrey Paek, Psychometrician

        Jeffrey Paek has completed his Master’s of Education at the University of Calgary in School and Applied Child Psychology. He previously completed his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Bachelor’s degree in Education at the University of Toronto. Jeff has worked in Toronto, Macau, and South Korea as a high school teacher and guidance counsellor supporting students in the IB Diploma Program and their transitions to post-secondary opportunities all over the world. Jeff has experience conducting psycho-educational assessments in English and Korean for school-related difficulties for both children and adolescents in a wide variety of school contexts in South Korea, Canada, and the United States. He is most passionate about helping students and patients reach their full potential and takes a client-centered approach in his work.
